Australian Shipping

All orders are shipped through Australia Post with tracked satchels. For an extra touch of sustainability, you can opt for eco-friendly packaging at a small additional cost.

Packages don't require a signature upon delivery, but you'll receive email or SMS tracking updates so you can follow your order every step of the way. If you'd prefer signature-on-delivery for extra peace of mind, just let us know – we're happy to help arrange that.

Express Post orders are packed by the next business day at the latest. Please allow 1–2 days for delivery, depending on Australia Post's schedule.

International Shipping

We ship all international orders within a week of purchase, and every parcel includes tracking.

• •USA: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $149. A flat-rate fee applies for orders under this amount.
• •New Zealand: Flat rate shipping is $15, or free on orders over $85.

Please note: Return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility.
