At MyPopLoop, we're happy to ship out an exchange or replacement for a damaged item at our expense. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. All returns must be sent using a tracked satchel to ensure they don't get lost along the way.
Return Policy
We offer returns only for damaged items or if the desired size is unavailable for exchange. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sale items. Since sizing is chosen by the customer based on our product descriptions, we encourage you to check these details carefully at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or receive store credit, we're happy to help—as long as the item is returned in its original condition.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, just email us at [email protected] to check stock availability for your exchange. Once confirmed, please post the item back to us using a tracked satchel within 14 days of receiving your order.
